Albertans give government failing grades on post-secondary education
Edmonton - The majority of Albertans who participated in Public Interest Alberta's on-line report card and who spoke out at eight public forums across the province have given the government failing grades and have raised serious concerns about Alberta’s post-secondary education system.

Public Interest Alberta starts its road show to hear Albertans on post-secondary education
Edmonton - Public Interest Alberta, along with its partner groups, launched the second leg of its post-secondary education advocacy campaign today. Through the Road Show, Public Interest Alberta will travel to seven different cities and towns throughout Alberta to hear from Albertans on both their concerns and directions for post-secondary education. The kick-off public forum, held at the University of Alberta, was a great success. Members of the public offered many concerns and suggestions, keeping the microphones busy for the full two-hour event. |
