The People's Bus
The government has launched an all-out assault on our public services, with major impacts on seniors and their families. That's why Friends of Medicare, Public Interest Alberta, and our allies are chartering THE PEOPLE'S BUS. We are going to the constituency of the Minister of Health to make our voices heard!

| 10:00 am | Stop at Gasoline Alley in Red Deer to pick up Red Deer-based allies (Boston Pizza in Gasoline Alley 122 Leva Ave) |
| 10:30 am | Bus departs Red Deer |
| 12:30 pm | Meet with Calgary-based allies (Real Canadian Superstore Parking Lot |
| 12:30 - 3:45 pm | Canvassing |
| 4:00 pm | Bus departs Calgary |
| 6:00 pm | Dinner stop in Red Deer & drop-off Red Deer allies |
| 6:30 pm | Bus departs Red Deer |
| 8:00 pm | Arrival in Edmonton |
Please note:
This event will involve sitting on a bus for several hours (if you are coming from Edmonton or Red Deer), walking as we canvass constituencies, and will be taking place outdoors. It will not be appropriate for folks with mobility issues. Please dress very warmly. Bring a water bottle. Snacks, lunch, and dinner will be provided.
