Panel: From the Clinic to the Streets: Alberta’s deepening drug poisoning crisis

This year we’re very excited to be joined by special guests, Zoë Dodd, Euan Thomson, and Sheri Carter for an important conversation about Alberta’s drug poisoning crisis and what needs to be done. 

Our expert panel will share with PIA members why Alberta is failing to address the drug poisoning crisis, how Danielle Smith’s approach is making things worse, and what we can all do to make sure every Albertan gets the harm reduction and health care they need.

Board Elections

Public Interest Alberta members in good standing will be eligible to vote in our Board of Directors election and any motions put forward at the meeting.

Any member in good standing is welcome to run for a position on the Board of Directors. If you wish to seek such a position, please submit a short biography and photo to Laura at [email protected] by Friday, September 20, 2024.
