This year enrolment in Edmonton Public School's is three thousand students above projections. Schools that opened two years ago are bulging at the seams.This week on Edmonton AM and Radio Active we begin an education series called Lessons Learned. Reporter Rod Kurtz talks to students in crowded schools. We'll look at the controversial no zero policy. We'll also look at the growing popularity of alternative programs and we'll be putting together a panel of educators to discuss what lies ahead for a system under stress.This panel discussion aired on CBC Edmonton on September 28, 2012.
