Provincial Education Minister Thomas Lukaszuk has proposed a new Alberta Education Act, which would place more focus on bullying and change the mandatory school age. Bill Moore-Kilgannon speaks to CBC Radio about the need to see some real proof, in the form of investments, of the Alberta government's committment to education.
